Who We Are
Intermarine Shipmanagement Corporation is a duly registered company with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission licensed to operate as a ship manning recruitment agency to various types of vessels and routes. Managed by a group of seasoned maritime personnel with a combined experience of no less than 50 years, Intermarine Shipmanagement Corporation is one of the pioneers of the industry that has provided offshore personnel with clients considered one of the biggest in their respective countries. Intermarine Shipmanagement Corporation also provides crew for big fishing vessels in Asia, including crew manning for both container, cargo, and bulk vessels with routes around the globe.

Intermarine Shipmanagement Corporation recognizes the importance of human resource in maintaining quality operations both on and off-board vessels. We recognize that our crew are the ones who build the strength and character of the company.
We have high expectations of the seafarers we employ, knowing full well that they are our best resource and asset. Our selection procedures see to it that all officers are carefully interviewed and screened by our shore-based Master Mariners and Chief Engineers to ensure that they have the qualifications required for their specific positions. We believe that quality personnel determines the soundness of operations, so our competitive edge is that we instill familial values to our crew: a great concern for each and every one’s interest, including the clients’ and especially their co-workers.
We have a pool of highly experienced seafarers in our roster who meet the standards of STCW 95, ISM, and Flag state requirements of any particular vessel. We are proud to state that our vessels are manned by seasoned Senior and Junior Officers and qualified non-officers. Not only that, but we also have a diverse pool of crew for Tankers, Bulk Carriers, Containers, Car Carriers, Log Carriers, General Cargo, Passengers, Fishing Vessels, Oil Rigs, and Tugboats worldwide.
Our Goals
Our paramount objective is to satisfy our client’s every need by providing high quality services — achieved only by providing qualified and experienced seafarers screened by seasoned office personnel. Our shore-based staff are licensed ex-seafarers (Master, Chief Engineers, Chief Mates, Hotel Executives) with extensive experience on bulk carriers, containers, tankers, passengers, tugboats, fishing vessels and oil rigs and offshore personnel and other specialized vessel types.

History
Intermarine Shipmanagement Corporation (ISC) was established in 1998 as one of the members of the founding group of companies, and was licensed both in the Philippines and in Greece. The company was initially tasked to handle an exclusive client with a fleet of about 120 cargo vessels plying the route of Mediterranean Sea, until it eventually grew to what it is now: an outstanding agency who caters to satisfied clients around the world.
In its humble beginnings, the company was a family business, with family members experienced in handling recruitment standing as its major officers. These excellent officers were quite experienced, as Intermarine Shipmanagement Corporation was already the third company in the founding member's group, and have been in the seafaring business for almost a decade before ISC's inception.
Seeing the company's potential, ISC decided to expand and in 2007, it started handling offshore clients. Their fleet was considered top of its class with its most updated technology on ROV and DP among others, with most of their clients considered top offshore companies in their respective bases and area of operations. Their clients were also located worldwide - Aberdeen, Nigeria, Singapore, Gulf of Mexico, Bahrain, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
To-date, ISC has clients with operations mostly located in the Gulf of Mexico. With the high standards of its clients in the United States of America, ISC is proud to say that no matter where our crew goes, we always leave a mark of high standard work ethics, happy crew, and a satisfied roster of clientele.
